The property is beautiful and very child friendly. The rooms are large and we had a great time. Food in the buffet was great. Will definitely return!
The food in the international Beach restaurant was not great. I ordered the black cod and it wasn’t cooked and it didn’t look like black cod either. We had to send the food back. Also, our friends who booked the exact tariff on expedia got 20% discount on all food but we didn’t get the same deal through booking.com. That’s not the hotel’s fault but it was disappointing.

We truly enjoyed the ambience and the beautiful room view. The staff’s hospitality was exceptional, making our stay memorable. A special thanks to the chef who kindly prepared our favorite Indian dish, Biryani, on request — it was delightful!

This place has now become one of our annual destinations, and we hope to make many more stays at Anantara. สุดยอด (sut yot – excellent) service and ความสุข (khwam suk – happiness) all around!

Breakfast was truly amazing! One of the highlights of every day. Amazing rooms, great staff and overall very beautiful (even in low season)
Small things, the ambient music around the resort needed to be better in terms of variety and quality of speakers - at the pool, in the beach bar. One restaurant recommended didn't serve alcohol (which is fine, so long as you know in advance - understandable as many restaurants are Halal, but let people know in advance.

the stuff was very nice and welcoming, the location and the view is amazing
Kids room was full of fungus , bed smell and not place for kids. I told stuff few times, seems they know about the problem but not doing anything about it - This room must be closed. second issue is over price of all food & beverage. I understand we go to 5 star hotel but charging for cola 4 euro and scoop of ice cream 6 euro, babysitter 18 euro - just as example. but all prices there are way way to high for hotels and for Thailand especially.
