Puntos positivos: Pandora House es un hotel con una arquitectura muy interesante y habitaciones muy cómodas. Sin duda, lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación: está realmente muy central, cerca de varias atracciones y de zonas con muchos restaurantes.
Puntos negativos: Lamentablemente, el servicio que recibimos dejó bastante que desear. No nos informaron de que teníamos derecho a una bebida de cortesía, ni de que el servicio de limpieza de la habitación no es automático, sino que hay que solicitarlo con un día de anticipación.
En cuanto al desayuno, este se sirve en un restaurante al lado del hotel y no empieza antes de las 08:00. Nos quedamos cuatro días y solo pudimos aprovecharlo dos veces, ya que durante dos días el servicio comenzaba a las 10:00 en lugar de las 08:00 y nadie nos avisó.

The vibe and look of the whole place was way better in person. Then my friend and I discovered the rooftop and were just blown away. Behind happy we chose this place it turned out to be best case scenario for us.
We got a room with a balcony and the noise was beyond loud. We stayed in the third floor. I would stay again and get a room in the courtyard instead. Didn’t even use the balcony.

The Pandora House is located in an excellent area. The reception staff are friendly and helpful, and the building itself has a modern and stylish appearance.
My room had very little natural daylight, and the entire building is quite noisy. While the noise from the rooftop bar was manageable, the constant door slamming by the housekeeping staff was particularly disturbing.
Room cleaning was rather superficial, bed linen and towels were also not properly clean. In addition, there were ongoing repair works during my stay, accompanied by a strong smell of paint or chemicals.
