Great location and very helpful staff. The complimentary breakfast was ok. Mostly pastries, but enough to get moving and explore the city‘s culinary delights.

This property was beautiful, and every place we wanted to have dinner was within a reasonable walking distance. Before booking, I read several reviews mentioning that the shower had a moldy smell or an unpleasant odor. I did notice a slight smell while showering, but it wasn’t enough to affect our stay.
I really appreciated that there was a security guard on the property at all times, which made us feel safe and secure. The lobby staff greeted us every time we came and went, and they were incredibly helpful. We were able to text them 24/7 through WhatsApp for recommendations, assistance, or any questions we had during our stay.
The property has been nicely updated, and the air conditioning worked great.
Overall, I have no complaints and would definitely stay here again.

Had an absolutely incredible five day stay at ONTO Tonalá Mexico City. Check in process was quick and easy, the room was gorgeous, spacious and always clean. They had complimentary pastries for breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay the best. The location is perfect too because we could walk to pretty much anywhere within 10-15 minutes. This is a great option if you’re staying in Roma Norte.
