If you're staying in Roma Norte, I highly recommend Casa de Cibeles by Lumina.
The location is hard to beat—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great food, drinks, and things to do. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we couldn't have asked for more. It was the perfect home base for our Mexico City trip, and I'd definitely stay here again.

This place truly exceeded expectations. They cleaned our room everyday around noon. Service was absolutely amazing. Security at the front and all of the staff were not only so kind but so attentive. The air conditioning is actually very strong as well! The room was absolutely gorgeous and everything worked well. The only downside I could think about was that sometimes the water wouldn’t stay very hot or it would take awhile for it to finally get hot but other than that my partner and I had no issues and would honestly stay here again!
