I was a bit apprehensive, as on previous visits to Cdmx, we’d stayed at the FS & St. Regis. We found Casa Tenue had the feel of a boutique property. We very much enjoyed our stay & were well taken care by Jorge. He is personable & professional. Our room was lovely & felt unique. The amenities were more than fine for us - Rosetta baked goods in the AM & pre-dinner Mescal. The location is fabulous! Absolutely would come back in the future.

Truly a beautiful place. I stayed in the Leonora room.
Not sure if it’s mentioned in the listing but there is no TV or refrigerator which is not a big deal at all. There is a fridge with cold drinks near the common area. My host was so sweet and everyone looking after the house is very nice and accommodating. Thank you!

An incredible stay with truly unparalleled service!
Our stay at Casa Tenue was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amazing design and the truly immaculate condition of the entire property. On top of the beautiful aesthetics, the location is great.
However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the staff. During our stay, I experienced an unexpected health issue, and the team went way above and beyond to support me. I want to give a special shoutout to Jorge, who handled the situation with so much genuine care and compassion. They seamlessly rescheduled my massage without me having to stress over it and anticipated our every need so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.
I cannot recommend Casa Tenue highly enough. They don't just provide a gorgeous place to stay; they truly care about the well-being of their guests. We will absolutely be returning!
