I've lived in a lot of hotels in my last year and a half traveling in Southeast Asia. This hotel is by far the best place I've ever stayed in.
Yes of course. There are many many hotels out there with bigger rooms and fancier amenities, but when it comes down to the dollar amount, this hotel wins the gold medal all the way around.
The only thing I didn't like in my time spent there in 2 weeks was the amount of rain The city received

Good communication. Someone waiting for you at reception. Somewhere where to leave your bike safe.
Quiet, clean and comfortable. Good location in Distric 1.
I did also have a problem with the internet and someone came to fix it pretty soon.

Clean and quiet. Great value. Not a large space but when exploring Saigon all you need is a bed, shower and air-conditioning

Location is near center
Internet was super slow although was guarantee good.
If you want a stay where you can work remotely , then it is not a good choice
$$$$
