This was not the property’s fault. There was construction on the building next door and I had chosen a quiet area to recover after surgery. Instead I woke to jack hammering as I was on ground level. So they moved me after a week for 10 days to a little room upstairs but didn’t offer any refund for the cheaper room.
Also the owner decided it was acceptable to park there car in front of the main entrance for 3 days, so guests had to use the garage entry. I felt that this was disrespectful to the guests.
