Preis - Leistung sehr gut. Service schon vor Beginn der Reise überdurchschnittlich. Nicht mein erster Aufenthalt in Istanbul aber einer der angenehmsten. Mit 3 Kindern alleine, sehr rücksichtsvoll. Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit! Vor allem Can hat sich so viel Zeit genommen unser Problem mit der Weiterreise nach Antalya zu lösen! Hat sich sehr viel Zeit genommen und mich unterstützt Tickets umzubuchen obwohl es gar nichts mit ihnen zu tun hatte. Einfach nur danke! Immer wieder gerne 🤝

The hotel staff were extremely friendly, attentive, and helpful. All of our requests and needs were handled promptly and efficiently. Their commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay very enjoyable.
We did not experience any significant issues during our stay. Overall, we were satisfied with the quality of service and the facilities provided by the hotel.

Wij hebben erg genoten van onze twee nachten in het hotel. De kamer is prima en net. De medewerkers waren super behulpzaam en flexibel. Ze geven goede tips en holpen ons zelfs met onze fietsen en het boeken van een bus. We voelden ons direct thuis in Istanbul dankzij hen!
