Great hospitality from each staff. Buggy facilities to travel within the resort.
Room was smell like it was not used for a while. There was a spider in the bathtub - With 2 young kids it’s a big no for us.

The room was exceptionally good, and I really enjoyed both the variety and taste of the breakfast menu. The property offers a lush, green, and serene environment that’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and the staff were courteous, soft-spoken, and very helpful.
We ordered burgers through room service, but unfortunately, the taste was quite below our expectations.

The resorts location was a big plus point
The staff lacked basic courtesy, and there seemed to be very little coordination among the team. Unfortunately, the property appeared to place more emphasis on money than on genuine hospitality and guest experience.
I would also strongly recommend booking directly through the property’s official website. There were unexpected charges applied on the spot despite having made the booking through another platform and informing the reservations team about it in advance. This lack of transparency was quite disappointing.
