Spacious Room. Clean and airy. Balcony space with panoramic view of part town with hills at the backdrop. Excellent breakfast outsourced from Rainbow Restaurant.
The bathroom we felt unsafe. The bathroom Roof is not concrete. There is a big opening in the bathroom roof and when I saw through the opening using mobile torch there is quite huge space above it and it is dark. We were feeling unsafe in the bathroom throughout our stay.

The hotel's overall appeal and cleanliness were pretty good. Checkin checkout process was rather quick. The lighting in the room could have been better.
The breakfast service was a failure. Firstly they do not prepare the breakfast in-house. It is bought from some other place outside and served in a buffet. Secondly, most items do not arrive on time, and the guests have to wait for half an hour to get all the items. Then the food menu in itself was rather small & limited, with no non-vegetarian choices. Atleast bread with butter/jam or fruit juice could have been provided.
