TRU by Hilton is a great value for the price. The staff is pleasant and accommodating, eager to assist.
The water pressure in my bathroom sink was abysmal.

The front desk had snacks you could purchsse.
I asked for an extra blanket. And when I went down to retrieve it, the front desk employee told me that they didn't have any.
Seeing that this is a hotel that had many many rooms with bedding in them. I found that hard to believe and frankly, was truly upset. So I doubt that I will return to a Tru hotel again. And that's too bad that one person's, (What? I don't know. Poor work ethic???) to get me a basic need for comfort, wiill sit with me now everytime I go looking for a hotel.
