We have a very lovely stay at the apartment in Nice. The host, Yves, was one of the most welcoming hosts we've met so far, truly an amazing guy who made sure that our stay in Nice would be unforgettable. He was very caring for his guests, he waited personally to check us into his apartment, and he offered a pretty tasty home-made jam as an extra. In general, this stay has surpassed our expectations on multiple levels.

Alojamiento muy confortable con absolutamente todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia.
Excelente atención de Yves, siempre atento y bien predispuesto
Muy buena ubicación, se puede ir caminando a los lugares para visitar, y de ser necesario el uso de transporte público, el lugar está muy bien conectado con líneas de transporte.
Un plus a favor es la proximidad de la estación de trenes (150 metros aproximadamente)

We are very happy with our stay in this comfortable and clean apartment, equipped with everything you need for a short stay - washing machine, stove, microwave, electric kettle, fridge, cooking and eating utensils, iron, hairdryer. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes walk from the train station, from where there are trains to most cities on the Cote d'Azur, and 10-15 minutes walk from the Old Town and the Promenade. The host was very responsive and even allowed us to check out later. I recommend!

Very close to the train station which was convenient as we visited a lot of the French Riviera on our short stay. Thank you for the delicious jam.
