Really great place to stay. It provides all the necessary facilities like towels, kitchen stuff, coffe machine, toaster; beach umbrella and etc. The owner is always quickly available and very nice and friendly

The appartment is near the train station. It was clean and as shown in the pictures. The small balcony was really nice. The area around it is safe.
In order to get the keys from the box you must knee down. Also you can't leave your baggages after check out.

The apartment is very well located, close to the main train station. The communication with the host was friendly and he always replied really fast. Check in and check out was easy as well. The apartment is well equipped and we especially enjoyed the balcony.

It's close to central train station and tram station; walkable to the sea. Compared to the prices in Nice it's cheap. It's well equipped - AC, pots and pans, shower gel and shampoo are available. It's quiet at night.
It was such an uncomfortable stay. This is a very small room. The bed was broken and mattresses are so thin that we barely slept. I saw some comments about bed being very comfy but that might be the case for people who stayed alone and didn't use the pull out part of the bed. The duvet/cover on the bed and smaller pillows were stinky and probably not washed in some time (good thing is that there's a washing machine so I did wash them but I don't want to do that on vacation). Chairs on the terrace where you need to eat if you eat in the apartment (no other place cause it's very small) are with holes in them.
I also didn't feel so safe in this street - lots of people smoking weed and sitting on the pavement. Lastly, what other people have said, the key locker is located on a fence near the floor where there's many other lockers that are so disgustingly dirty, I nearly gagged when I returned the key there.
