The apartment had everything we expected, washing facilities, clean bathroom and 2 spacious bedrooms. The pool area was well equipped with two pools one smaller one for babies and kids and one bigger one for the adults. Pool floaties were allowed which was rare and turned our break into a super relaxing one. The people around us were very friendly and offered us drinks and conversation if we wanted to go with them to watch a show etc. Overall, the apartment was great, customer service from Kerry was outstanding and the overall process from check in to check out was super easy

The only thing we didn't like is the lack of AC in the double bed room however that was resolved with a dehumidifier which was found in the wardrobe.

Location was grand. Used the taxi a lot, but it was easy to contact them and one arrived very promptly

We didn't know about the bin and we discovered the publics bins when out walking. A notice in the apartment about where they are best would be good.

Lovely apartment in a small gated complex

The information booklet stated that there would be a welcome pack, eg water, milk, etc provided. There was none.
