Fuel and Propane: Rest assured, the RV comes with full fuel and propane tanks at pickup. To avoid extra charges, please return the RV with tanks filled. Black and Gray Water Tanks: We provide the RV with empty black and gray water tanks. Empty these tanks before drop-off to prevent additional fees. No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping inside or near the RV is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance incurs a minimum cleaning charge of $300. Roof and Awnings: No going on the roof or using awnings Pet-Friendly: We are pet friendly. Pets must be approved (we have two dogs ourselves!). Towing: Our RV is not designed for towing, but includes a Class 3 hitch. You can bring accessories like bike racks or hitch-mounted BBQ pits, provided you bring the necessary hitch accessory with you at pickup.
