- The dinner: certainly among the top two best dinners we had in Armenia, with lots of tasty homemade stuff from their own garden
- The peaceful place: a charming self-sufficient farm in nature
- The friendly hosts
- Don't expect big luxury in the facilities (e.g., bathroom). For us very fine, as still functional and overall fitting well to the charming farm experience.

A real family stay on the country side between Yegehnadzor and Sevan. The hosts were absolutely amazing as they kept spoiling us constantly with their own grown fruit and vegetables. The food was really amazing and generous, to say the least. If you want to enjoy the real Armenian countryside and cuisine, this is your place!

Price is good, the cheapest place around. Ah, and the tea and walnuts are very delicious!
That's all unfortunately...
- Breakfast was really poor. Eggs, honey, "sour cheese" (whatever kind of this local cheese which is really sour), lavash, tomatoes and tea. This won't fill you at all, so probably don't even bother. Also probably there was some misunderstanding, when we talked in the evening the host told me they have a cow and I asked whether it's possible to get raw milk in the morning. They answered affirmative, but I only got boiled hot milk for breakfast :(
- There is absolutely nothing at the location. The place is on the farthest side of the village with local unpaved road (big cars won't fit). I arrived around 5pm and that was way too early, absolutely boring and nothing to do.
- Sure it's homestay, but there is not much to talk with hosts about, especially given the language barrier (even Russian doesn't help much!).
- Dinner was a bit better than breakfast, but also don't expect much. I'd recommend grabbing something before arrival rather than opting in for dinner here. While there was some tea and snacks as "welcome" before dinner, there was no tea for dinner, which would be very helpful in such cold weather. Cold compote is way better in summer.
- There was only one very dark light in the room, not suitable for any meaningful activity after sunset.
- It was really cold inside (mid October), there is no heating in the house. When I asked, they did give me a small electric heater, but also asked to turn off for the night.
- It didn't seem like there is WiFi here (I had own Internet, so not a big deal, but might be for some)
- Bathroom seemed way too "local", and it was also cold, so I opted out of shower. Toilet paper is the cheapest "soviet" toilet paper out there, better have your own
