I hate to say it, but I think someone should explain to Lyodd owner, once renter customer enters, is using the suite, you don't just walk in without knocking or announcing you wish to speak, even though he was living upstairs. The place is quiet enough for a good night sleep. The room is well cleaned. The owners are nice and welcoming people.
