1.La Signora Tania è gentilissima e super disponibile!
2.La posizione: ottima zona e tranquilla, comoda da raggiungere e vicina a 2 stazioni Metro diverse per 2 linee diverse!
3.Casa grande, molto spaziosa!
4.Letto comodissimo e biancheria pulitissima!!!
Ecco alcuni piccoli accorgimenti che il proprietario dovrebbe o porebbe valutare:
1.La casa è talmente grande che ci staserebbero 2 bagni. Potenzialmente ospita 8 o più persone e con un bagno solo (con tutto quello spazio) è un pò sprecato.
2.La cassetta del wc (molto rumorosa e ci mette un sacco a riempirsi)
3.Il bidet al posto di quella vaschetta
4.Il miscelatore della doccia ha dei problemi: l'acqua esce bollente e gelata in alternanza senza che tocchi niente
5.Il wifi purtroppo se è elencato tra i servizi sarebbe meglio che funzionasse

Un appartamento molto grande, con stanze spaziose e una buona cucina.
La pressione dell'acqua in bagno è un po' debole. Vale anche la pena ricordare che il check-in e il check-out sono brevi, solo due ore. Bisogna inoltre pagare un supplemento di 50 €, cosa che non mi era mai capitata in Italia.

Die Lage war super. Sehr zentral und auch dicht an der Metro.
Es war ein wenig hellhörig aber ich würde daher nicht sagen, dass es nicht gefallen hat.
