No contact at all

A very interesting place in the mountains. Nice views. Nice cottage. Parking space. Electric heater. Cute dog. A lot of equipment, especially a coffee maker.

There is absolutely no contact with the object. I sent a dozen or so SMS and emails - without any response. After many attempts to make a phone call, the staff only took over when I asked a stranger local to call from his phone. Holidu's intermediary was unable to help in any way. This is completely incomprehensible to me. After all, the staff knows that I will come. He also knows what time I'll arrive. Is that why there is information in the booking message that it is necessary to contact the service before arrival? I was around 6 p.m. in the town. In the middle of the mountains. It was getting dark. The nearest hotel was 1h away on narrow, winding, mountain roads. A very uncomfortable situation. I don't recommend this place to anyone.
