About this apartment rental
Stunning apartment with two spacious terraces, located in the heart of the Kalsa district, in the beautiful city of Palermo.
The house, situated on the third floor without a lift in a small building just a stone's throw from Piazza Magione and behind Via Alloro, is spread over three levels and opens onto the living area furnished with a sofa and a dining table. From here you can access the bathroom with shower, the independent kitchen and the bedroom with a double bed.
A flight of stairs leads to the upper floor which hosts a single bed and a terrace furnished with sofas, dining area and external kitchen. The apartment has an additional terrace, accessible from the first terrace via a spiral staircase, furnished with sun loungers.

Palermo, one of the most beautiful art cities in the country and capital of Sicily, offers the wonder of UNESCO heritage sites that can be visited in the four historic districts of the city. In this regard, tourists will be able to take part in the Baroque itinerary of Palermo to visit the main monuments of the city, such as: the Church of Santissimo Salvatore, Church of Santa Maria del Monte Oliveto and the Church of the Conception. The city also offers the opportunity to participate in the "Tour of Palermo's Historic Markets" which will allow guests to explore the markets of Ballarò and Capo, where lunch or snacks, at the Palermo market, dishes must be strictly tasted with the use of hands only! We loved this top floor(s) apartment! The two outdoor decks were amazing as places to relax with a glass of wine after a long day. Our first night, the electricity went out (we were not warned to avoid using the washing machine while using other applicances, but I'm guessing that is what caused it), and when we contacted the support line, the person knew exactly where to tell us to go (on the first floor) to reset the breaker -- it would not have been intuitive, so we were glad for the prompt assistance (we later noticed this was covered in the comprehensive manual that was sent when we checked in). Parking around there was challenging; we did not find a parking garage nearby, so just plan for extra time if you have a rental car, and read the street signs carefully. The only thing I would suggest is an extra key -- we were three adults, sometimes wanting to go off on our own, so having just one apartment key forced us to coordinate a bit more than we otherwise might have. Overall, though, great location and great apartment.

We stayed in the apartment for 4 nights, there is a bedroom for 2 people and a nice sleeping couch in the living room. We weren't able to use the sleeping area upstairs, which is meant for one extra person, since we stayed in Palermo in September and this area of the apartment was too hot. The other rooms can be cooled effectively with the two given air conditioners.
The outside areas were the highlight of the apartment. There are two spacious terrasses, both of which overlook the city beneath and the views are spectacular. There is also an outside cooking area and multiple seating areas.
The apartment is located very nicely in the city centre and is surrounded by restaurants and bars.
