🏊Brand-New Pool (Seasonally Heated) — private to this cabin + Large Sport Court: Pickleball and Basketball Court with all equipment (basketballs, pickleballs, and paddles) communal for the 4 cabins in close proximity!
🏡 This cabin is within walking distance to 3 other cabins that are similar in size and decor—perfect for large groups and retreats that are looking for bigger properties but wanting their own space as well. The 3 other cabins are: Rincon, Coba, and Hartwood

Two private secondary bedrooms — one with a king bed and the third bedroom with two sets of bunk beds. Bathroom with tub/shower combo + quartz countertops + custom Riad tile throughout.

We provide a convenient Pack and Play for your little one’s comfort, as well as a highchair to make mealtime easier during your stay.

🛣️ The cabin is located 4 miles west of 259 down Cress Road, which is a gravel road. It's regularly maintained, but we always like to let guests know what to expect for this portion of the drive. You may prefer an SUV or larger car if you have that option, but completely manageable in smaller sedans. Driving directions are sent to guests prior to their stay via the digital guest guidebook.
📷 Arboles has 2 exterior cameras that are monitored for security purposes.
📋 After booking, guests will be required to:
• Submit a pre-arrival form
• Show ID
• Sign rental agreement

🔐 This property is a contactless self check-in. Code will be sent 3 days before check-in.
🔥 Fireplaces will be unavailable for use from June through October 1st.
🏊 Pool Use & Heating:
A non-refundable pool fee covers weekly service and chemicals.
🌡️ Optional pool heating is available November 1–May 31 for $220 (first 3 days) + $75/day after, if requested. The pool is managed by the property manager and typically stays 75–85°F, though an exact temperature cannot be guaranteed. The heater is turned on the day of your arrival. Heating is unavailable June 1–October 31.
🔥 Grill Information
Our grill is hardlined to the home's propane supply—no propane tank is needed. 😊
🚫 Please do not attach an external propane tank or use charcoal, wood, pellets, or any other fuel in the grill. Doing so may damage the grill and result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

🌡️❄️ HVAC Notice: To help keep the air conditioning running properly during the summer, please do not set the thermostat below 70°F. Setting it lower may cause the system to freeze and temporarily stop cooling. If a service call is required and it is determined that the unit froze due to the thermostat being set below 70°F, the guest will be responsible for the cost of the service call. Thank you for helping us keep the cabin comfortable for everyone!
⚙️ If any mechanical items break or fail before or during your stay, we will work as quickly as possible to get things back in working order for you. However, we do not provide any refunds because of this. We do our best to notify you if a certain amenity is not in working order before your arrival.
🎾 Please handle the sport court equipment with care and return it to its designated area after use to avoid any potential charges.

This was my first time visiting Broken Bow and this cabin was beautiful and clean! It was the perfect size for my family and my best friend’s family which included 8 people total. The beds were cozy and comfortable. The place was very clean and the area was very nice and quiet. The staff was very helpful and responsive to any questions I had during booking and even while at the cabin. We will certainly be back and plan to stay at the hills again!

My wife and I visited with our 2 boys and had a blast. The house is great, and the kids loved the pool and hot tub. Bonus was having the basketball / pickleball court within walking distance. The house is about 10-15 minute from a paved road, but it was fun to explore the area on dirt roads. We found a creek to fish in back in the hills. That said, while it's pretty secluded, it's still close enough to town to go grab lunch or groceries. Highly recommend.
