Brand new apartment located in the Jardines de El Valle, gardens located in the historic center next to the Arab walls. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a large living room. Capacity for five people. It has a nice jacuzzi on the roof that can be enjoyed without limitations and helps to enjoy some moments during your trip in a different way.
The apartment is fully equipped with everything you need to cook, and sheets, blankets and duvets. Furnished with care and functionality, it has a Smart TV, free Wi-Fi internet connection and powerful hot-cold air conditioning.

The apartment was clean, spacious and had reasonable amenities. The location was central enough for a 20-25 minute walk to Barrio Santa Cruz, but away from the crowds, and was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc. Just a heads up that communication took place on WhatsApp rather than through VRBO as preferred by the host, so be sure to have it downloaded. Also, the keys are accessed from a lock box less than a block from the apartment.

The apartment is so nice and modern. There’s a supermarket right across the street. And the building is super quiet and new. Really enjoyed my stay here and hope to be back.

Beautiful apartment and super convenient to explore Seville on foot. We were a 25min walk to the downtown historic sites and shopping. There's also a good grocery store close by to grab whatever we needed. Couldn't have asked for a better spot to explore Seville for our group. My brother even said the pullout couch was comfy for sleeping on 4 nights. The shutters in the living room also shut out all street noise and made it even more comfortable for sleeping. There's city parking 4min walk from the apartment which we found convenient to just leave the car. Was a bit pricey (about 20 per day) but safe and close.And Maria was a super helpful host, easy to communicate with and the place was very clean.

Great apartment in a good location. 15 minute walk to the centre. Lidl across the road and good bar just under the apartment. Very comfortable beds, sofa bed was great for our teenaged son. Easy to pick up the key and easy to contact host to help with the checking in.
