We were honestly really surprised by some of the negative reviews because this villa is absolutely beautiful. It’s one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed during our time in Bali. The management and cleaning team are new and they have been fantastic — very responsive, helpful and clearly doing a great job maintaining the property.
We actually stayed here back in 2024 when the surrounding area was much more of a building site, but we loved the villa so much that we decided to come back again this year. The area is now far more developed and feels much nicer overall. The villa next door has finished its external construction and only internal work remains, so any noise was minimal and didn’t disturb our stay at all.
There are a few very vocal dogs around the area, mainly from the villas across the road, but they are all friendly and honestly just part of Bali villa life.
Overall, this is a beautiful, spacious villa in a great location with easy access into the centre of Canggu. We’ve really enjoyed staying here both times and would happily come back again.
For improvements, the only things we could really suggest would be adding an additional beanbag outside and maybe a small outdoor table. Other than that, we had a great stay and were really happy with everything.

Lovely villa, clean and spacious!
Pool in shade much of the day. Arrived and no key, villa was open as previous owner broke it. Had to leave Villa open.

Villa was close to shops and restaurants which were easily accessible.
A lot of construction which we were not notified of. Read in old reviews from start of 2024 from owners reply that construction was nearly completed however as of May 2025 it is not anywhere near completed. The work will start from 7am and go to as late as 11pm sometimes., was very noisy as they were working right across the street from the villa and directly behind us aswell. A heads up before we booked would’ve been great. As we couldve avoided and had a nice quiet holiday. I suffer from severe asthma so was forced to checkout early as the construction flared up my asthma. We did get a complaint for makeup being on the towels however we weren’t given any washers to wash our face with? Our bedding also had stains on them one which looked like blood. This bedding wasn’t changed or washed once during the week we were there. Walls are filled with marks that can easily be removed aswell to make the house more nice. The floors also weren’t clean when we got there, nor were they ever cleaned whilst we were there.
