It was such a beautiful villa inside and out. Amazing location too, it was quiet and peaceful but so close to main shopping streets and food. Staff texted us everyday about cleaning and to check in on us. Check in and out was super easy and each room has a set of keys.
Don’t stain their towels as they will charge you for it.

This property is amazing. We had initially booked 2 weeks but extended our stay by another week primarily because the location, convenience and quality of the villa . The villa is located in Teratai Grande which is a quiet upmarket complex right off of Batu Balong. It was so convenient being close to Pepito and Frestive market especially since we were staying for 3 weeks. The staff from Kozystay manage the place amazingly with housekeeping every 3 days and the pool is also cleaned twice a week. Genuinely no faults and you won’t regret booking this place. They provide everything you need in terms of cooking facilities, toaster, kettle, spatula, TV, shampoo, body wash, vanity kits. Honestly so much better than a lot of other villas in Bali. We were a couple staying here but you could easily have a group of 6 as it was quite spacious
The last day we were checking out the water stopped working but it didn’t affect us as we were preparing to leave. The A/C is strong downstairs but in the two upstairs bedrooms the A/C is quite weak. There’s also construction in the neighboring villa but honestly it didn’t bother us so much but just something to be aware of
