The property was spacious and nicely decorated. After long days at the theme parks it was nice to come home to such comfortable beds!
The only negative thing I can say about the property was that there was no walk in shower and no shower with grab bars. With two family members in their seventies this was a concern.

Very clean and spacious but felt very comfortable and safe.
Amazing facilities within the property but also the pool area and reception.
Very relaxed feel around the area, very clean and tidy and well looked after.
Perfect location for Disney and also Universal but also the Old town. Plenty of food options available within a very short drive.
Bonus for seeing the many Deer roaming around the site in the evenings, sat on the grass.

I like the location and the amount of bedrooms it has to offer.
There was hair on the walls of the bathroom showers, the electric can opener and the regular handheld can opener did not work so, I had to go out and buy one to use in order to cook. A lizard came crawling out of the bathroom. There’s rabid raccoons running freely around the parking lot. The code to the gate that was given was outdated and I had to go get it myself. There’s no mop to mop up anything if needed. But other than that, everything else was fine. I let Maria know about these minor hiccups and she was happy to assist in any way.

Great value for the price, and convenient location to many attractions and restaurants, also grocery and other necessities. Very responsive and friendly interactions throughout the process.
It could have been a little cleaner, there was a lot of markings on the walls upon arrival
