Loved the property, location, very dog friendly.
Lovely helpful staff, friendly customers. Nice bar, very busy.
Extended our stay as visiting elderly relative in Bradford Infirmary (4 miles away) & we live in Essex.
This was no problem. Very good value for money.

Good location and central to Baildon. Staff in the bar were really helpful at check-in. Bed was comfy.
Cleanliness of the bathroom wasn’t great. Just to be aware there is no allocated parking so street parking is the only option if you want to park outside the accommodation - and the traffic wardens are really keen!

Beautiful room in a great location
Just a little noisy at night with people in the garden but didn’t bother us, just closed the windows!

Nice bar
Comfortable bed
Very poor ventilation.
Window blind broken
Bathroom loo seat and tiles cracked.
Provided towels old and discouloured
Basic room facilities, tea spoon not clean.
Provided hair dryer cord too short to use infront of wall mirror.
Room not cleaned during stay
All could be fixed with some regular attention
