We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is located in one of Shanghai’s newer and more modern districts, close to the beautiful Dishui Lake, where you can enjoy relaxing walks and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel is quite far from downtown Shanghai, which is something to keep in mind when planning your trip, but it was exactly what we were looking for. The hotel offers excellent service, the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Our room was spotless, and housekeeping cleaned it regularly to a very high standard. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again.
The breakfast is mainly Chinese style and has limited European options. However, the food is still tasty and you can always find something to eat. The only real issue was that the location shown on the Booking.com map is inaccurate. It makes the hotel appear much closer to downtown Shanghai than it actually is, which could be misleading for future guests.

The property was beautiful and new
Dishonest advertising. This hotel advertised the rate for my room to include an 85% discount off all meals. This was an important factor for me when choosing a hotel. I wanted one that had a reasonable price for meals. I went to dine and immediately they recanted claiming it was an error. Not only did they recanted, they held me waiting while they made calls for over an hour without a resolution. All this to come back and say the platform made a mistake.
