Voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung, mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Selbst Reinigungsmittel waren ausreichend vorhanden. Die Küche verfügte über einen Backofen, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Induktionskochfeld, Kühlschrank mit!!! Tiefkühlfächern (3 Stück) und eine Waschmaschine. Die Klimaanlage war auch im September (hatten z. T. über 35 Grad) notwendig und hat bestens funktioniert. Die große Terrasse mit riesigen Sonnenschirm war ein Träumchen. In der zweiten Woche ging unsere Toilette kaputt und noch an gleichen Tag hat uns der Ansprechpartner einen Klempner geschickt. Besonders hervorzuheben war, dass der Ansprechpartner immer erreichbar war und auch super schnell (innerhalb von 10-30 min) geantwortet hat. Die Lage in der Altstadt war super. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Fußweg von unter 5 min.
Keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns der Ansprechpartner ein Verzeichnis mit kostengünstigen oder kostenlosen Parkplätzen gegeben hätte.

It was all in all a wonderful stay! Everything met my expectations. I felt really good, save and relaxed in the flat and also in this part of the beautiful city Aix-en-Provence. I would return every time again happily!
For some part of the stay in the downstaires flat was someone who called outside sometimes up until 22:30 even though I told the person to keep it down. But these things happen in a place where many people have terrasses etc.

Great location, and nice terrace.
Great to explore historic centre, also a nice kitchen.
The apartment could be much cleaner and more attention to detail. I would chase the current cleaners away. We found a pair of socks in the bed, according to them the bedding was replaced with fresh bedding, but the socks then?. The terrace could alse be much cleaner. The kitchen was clean but could be cleaner, looked like a fast cleaning job. The shower drain also drains very slow and remember the toilet is in the kitchen. Some of the cussions on the terrace is also torn.This could be a great apartment with a 9.5 rating if more attenssion is given to it.

Beaucoup à dire sur l'entretien minimum des lieux :
Douche assez difficile d'accès. Robinetterie ne fonctionne pas convenablement. Pas d'eau froide possible. Pas de rideau à la fenêtre de la cabine qui donne sur la rue : on se douche avec des vis à vis ! Il faut coincer une serviette dans la fenêtre pour un minimum d'intimité !
Les toilettes à "sanibroyeur" sont installées dans un placard de la cuisine...et là encore porte vitrée transparente sans rideaux !!! Des bouts de plastique sont scotchés pour tenter de remédier à ce pb !!! Alors que des simples rideaux seraient posés en quelques minutes, au moindre coût en plus. Ce qui donne vraiment l'impression d'un mépris des clients...
Mais PIRE encore : sur la belle terrasse qui pourrait être agréable, dans un angle à hauteur d'appui des mains, dépasse une pointe métallique rouillée de plus de 10 cm !!!! , un véritable DANGER pour les occupants !!! Vraiment INACCEPTABLE !!! D'autant plus en colère que pour toutes ces questions, quelques minutes de travail et de respect surtout suffiraient....)
En conclusion, bon potentiel des lieux à conditions d'un minimum d'entretien, en espérant être utile aux prochains occupants.
