Horrible

We liked the location and view. We booked the apartment for three people, but upon arrival we found that only two towels had been provided and the linen supplied was only suitable for one queen-size bed. When I contacted the host to request the additional linen and towels that should have been included in our booking for three guests, they wanted to charge us an additional $80. This was unacceptable, as we had already booked and paid for three people. There were also several cleanliness and maintenance issues: * The kitchen was dirty and had clearly not been cleaned properly. * The range hood was sticky, dirty and not working. * The wooden chopping board was old, worn out and unhygienic. * There was only one champagne glass and three wine glasses, which was inadequate for the accommodation. * The windows were extremely dirty and smeared. * There was insufficient toilet paper provided, and we had to resort to using paper towels. Overall, the apartment was not properly prepared or maintained for our arrival. The cleanliness, facilities and lack of basic supplies fell well below what we expected from accommodation booked through Booking.com. We are extremely disappointed with the experience and would like Booking.com to investigate this matter. We also believe some form of compensation or refund is justified given the condition of the apartment and the additional charge requested for basic provisions that should have been included in our booking.

Really like the location, 2 trains stations within walking distance from the air BnB.

Location was good and easy to get around

It needs a deep clean. It was very grimy. The shower tap dripped constantly, fridge is loud. No dish liquid, empty washing detergent, no spare rubbish bags. The lift took forever and only one was working.
