The staff are fantastic. The rooms are exceptionally well equipped with great fixtures and fittings and little extras like snacks and free laundry service. The earplugs provided are the best I’ve ever used but they are needed! The location is great and well served by grab cars. The gym and 2 pools are easily accessible and well maintained.
The room we had was too small. We didn’t have any storage space for clothes and we had to use one of our suitcases as a bedside table. It was also very very noisy. The ear plugs were definitely needed given the windows didn’t shut out any of the traffic noise or the planes going over on the direct flight path to the airport. The child running around for a few hours in the room above was also quite challenging!

Fabulous location as you go down from lift in few steps is the Imago mall as your facility in same building;
Futuristic interiors and fittings;
Clean facility;
Very friendly and helpful staff;
Free parking.
As it is in a residential condominium, my first room had huge noises from above due to walking and jumping. Although the staff tried their best to convey I suppose it is beyond their control as not all units belong to the property.
The rooms are too small and the layout of my second room is very awkward with the TV at your side of the bed with the potential to hurt if you stand up without being extra careful.
The WC, although modern, I felt it's small and cramped.
