Washing machine was not working properly and it was shaking loudly untill it move from spot.

Great location, right above Imago Mall, so it’s very convenient. The unit also has useful appliances like a rice cooker, electric kettle, and washing machine. Everything was good overall. It would be even better if they could provide a microwave as well.
There was a delay in receiving the key due to a miscommunication against other customer with management. Hopefully, this can be improved and won’t happen again.
Cleanliness could also be improved. There were some spider webs and the floor and furniture were a little dusty. It would also be helpful to provide a broom for guests.

Good security level, nice seaview.
There's no bidet head and shower head. Need to fix it in future.

It was a good location close to the airport, jetty and shopping mall.
Some areas were disappointing. The taps didn’t work in the main bathroom and there were lots of mosquitos/flies in both bathrooms. WiFi kept on going off and we gave up trying to log into Netflix etc. the washing machine on spin sounded like a jumbo jet taking off, it moved across the floor and unplugged itself! Unfortunately, the clothes didn’t smell clean when we eventually got the door to open. Nice pool and views.
