About this apartment rental
This privately owned very spacious studio on the 15th floor of a luxurious waterfront property in Coconut Grove offers slightly ocean view with a balcony.
Two Queen size beds.
Enjoy all the amenities this property has to offer, Pool and Jacuzzi Gym, Business Center, 24-hr security.

This is a PRIVATE UNIT at Hotel Arya. Since the vacation rental is privately owned, daily housekeeping and additional cleanings are not included with your rental but can be offered at an additional fee.
EARLY CHECK-IN
We understand that some flights arrive too early in the morning time; however, our operation is like a hotel. We have a previous guest that checks out at 10am. Between 10 am to 3 pm, we inspect, clean and sanitize the unit properly. It is important to respect the time frame for a better experience.
CHECK-IN after 3pm. Late check-in fee $50 after 11pm.
CHECK-OUT before 10am. As we need to get the apartment ready for the next guest. There will be a late $100 late check out fee after 10am.
Some essentials such as towels, pillows, bed sheets, hand soap, shampoo, and toilet paper are provided at the day of check-in. We do not provide extra on those essentials during the stay.
Other things such as paper towel, body wash, dish or laundry detergent etc.. are not provided at the day of check-in so the guests are welcome to bring their own.
There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.

Overall a wonderful stay, but a few host- and property-related issues worth noting for future guests.The location is absolutely unbeatable — right in the heart of Coconut Grove with easy access to everything downtown has to offer. The condo itself was very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the views were beautiful. The hotel property overall impressed us.That said, check-in was a frustrating start to the trip. I had submitted all names in our party to the host about six weeks in advance as requested, but my name was never updated with the front desk, leaving us unable to check in. It took roughly 40 minutes to reach the host to get it resolved — not the arrival experience you hope for after traveling.The refrigerator in the unit also never functioned during our entire stay. Maintenance confirmed it was beyond repair. Beyond the inconvenience, it meant we had nowhere to store leftovers throughout the trip — we ended up throwing away food we'd paid for on multiple occasions. I communicated all of this to the host, but her responses eventually stopped and it was never resolved.One more thing future guests should know: the hotel's website had not been updated to reflect that the poolside restaurant is currently closed. What's advertised as a full dining option is actually just a small selection of drinks and coffee in the lobby — no marketplace, no snacks, nothing substantial. Every time we needed anything beyond that, we had to leave the property entirely.

Great location! Walkable to everything you need in coconut grove and a 6 min uber to coral gables. Nice rooftop pool with insane views.

The room was dirty, we needed to clean it. We were 2 adults and 2 Kids and only 4 towels were given, not thinking abıut 4 days stay, just in case additional one ör two could be given… the quality of the toilet paper was awful and only one rabbish bag was given… finallly not satisfied staying
