New kitchen, new bathroom, new beds, new appliances throughout.  the home is located in a small old Florida style neighborhood. One block away from the Anclote in River. many parks nearby with boat, ramps, walking and biking trails. Nearby attractions, such as world-famous sponge docks, Clearwater Beach, Fred, Howard Park, honeymoon, Island, State Park, Anclote key State Park.

Jason was great. The place had everything you needed and decorated nicely. We and the dog enjoyed our stay. Good parking. Fenced in area. We used the grill and had all the cooking items we needed. Very thoughtful about what guests might need. Great location. Not on the water but definitely in walking distance

The house was very clean and conveniently located to the boat ramp. There was boat parking 2 houses over with electrical for charger and water for flushing and cleaning. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip here.
