The space
The property features two primary bedrooms upstairs - (1) KING bed and (1) QUEEN bed, both w/ private baths. Plus an extra bedroom in the basement featuring a bunk bed--(1) TWIN & (1) FULL--and (1) full-size FUTON with a desk to work at also! Each bedroom also includes a folding luggage rack for your suit case.
In the basement living area, cozy up on the incredibly comfortable large sectional and watch your favorite shows on the brand new 65" smart TV! Or gather with your friends and play any of the many games we have available including: Uno, Mexican Train Dominos, Monopoly, Puzzles, Drinking Games, and Kids Games also! The basement also features full size washer & dryer units with starter detergent & dryer sheets for your use.
KITCHEN: From everything cooking & baking you could ever need to kids supplies & cocktail prep--you'll find this kitchen is packed with everything you and your guests could possibly need during your stay! Some available appliances include: Nespresso Machine & Pods, Air Fryer, Blender, Hand-Mixer, Crockpot, Coffee Pot, and more!
BACKYARD: The backyard is fully fenced in and features plenty of space to play yard games or activities. Sit around the fire-pit and make s'mores with our handy marshmallow skewers, or hang out on the outdoor couch & chairs while cooking on the gas grill! We also offer some outdoor games including: corn hole, horse shoe toss, life-size connect-4, and more!
PARKING: Driveway parking available with 2-Car Garage. There is also ample street parking available due to the property being on a corner lot. Garage door opener available during your stay, $50 fee if not returned.
FOR FAMILIES: We offer some of the basics to help make your travel as easy & simple as possible! The property is absolutely perfect!! The description was spot on!! And the ease of the location to get anywhere in Wichita was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Inside, the house is styled beautifully and well-stocked with lots of extras to make the stay comfortable. The home was clean. I realize we were coming at the tail end of winter for an unseasonably warm weekend, but the back yard and back patio were messy and dirty. The backyard area was not usable.
