About this apartment rental
Please advise: Even though this home sits on the 2nd floor and easy to access with one flight of stairs, elevator repairs will be conducted on September 22, 23, and 24, 2026 from 8 am to 4 pm. During this time, the elevator will not be working.
Westwind 204 is an adorable 2nd floor condo located on the ever-popular West Beach in Gulf Shores. Westwind is a low-density building, meaning less crowds on the private beach and pool areas. No need to wait on the elevator either, as you can take the stairs up one flight and you are at the door!
This perfectly sized home, 2 Bedroom & 2 Baths, provides enough beds and sleeping arrangements for the entire family. The Primary Bedroom hosts a Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and a Private Full Bath with a shower/tub combo. The Guest Bedroom holds another Queen Size Bed, Smart TV, and is connected to the main full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The Living area boasts a pull out sleeper sofa, two recliners, and access to the balcony for a stunning gulf-front view! For extra sleeping, there is a hallway cubby with a Twin Size Bed. This home also offers a personal washer and dryer, a fully stocked kitchen with a k-cup coffee brewer, outdoor and covered parking, and is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, and Gulf Place Beach Access where the Fun and Famous Festivals are held. Come and experience 5 Star Treatment and you will come back year after year!
*Beach Chairs & Umbrellas: Sometimes guests leave behind chairs and toys they have purchased. If they are clean and in good condition, we will leave them for the next guests. Or, these items are fairly inexpensive and can be purchased at most local stores. Also, there are vendors that set up very nice beach chairs and umbrellas for daily or weekly rent (seasonally). Just find an empty one or the attendant.
*All Bed Linens and Bath Towels are provided. A full list of what is provided and suggestions to bring will be emailed to you upon booking.
**Admin Fee and Processing (credit card) fee are non-refundable after booking.
**WINTER MONTHLY RESERVATIONS/ SNOWBIRDS (November, December, January & February) We prefer full-month reservations mainly during January and February. To get your accurate quote, please set your dates to reflect the Check-In date as the First of the month and Check-out date the First of the following month. If you need monthly rates for November and/ or December, please inquire. Monthly restrictions on January and February will be removed by November 30th if homes are not reserved.

Parking Passes are Required. Passes are purchased upon booking and will be placed on the counter for your arrival. Passes are $35 each and is limited to 2 vehicles. Please inquire for overflow parking if needed. No Trailers, boats, etc. allowed.

Great property and a perfect location. Very easy access to everything. The only thing I would improve on is supplies. It would be nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper and one trash bag for a unit that holds 7 people. There should be one extra of these things.

The condo was near everything! Being right on the beach is definitely what we wanted. If anything I wish the beds were a bit more comfortable.

Condo could use some upgrades. The pool was to cold to use. Beach view and parking was great.
