Welcome to Island Paradise! Located on the north end of Pine Island, this stunning canal-front home is light and bright, and just steps away from one of two heated pools, a dock, and countless amenities.
With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main-level and an upstairs loft with a 3rd bathroom, this home is ideal for families or couples looking for a quick getaway or extended stay as it’s well-stocked and sleeps 9!
The primary bedroom has a King-sized bed and ensuite bath, and the 2nd bedroom is versatile with twin beds that can be separated or pushed together to make a King. The loft has adult, commercial-grade bunk beds with a queen lower, twin XL upper, queen trundle and amazing views!
Its gorgeous open living room has updated furnishings including a huge flatscreen TV and features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, French doors, new flooring, and Island décor throughout.
The eat-in kitchen is perfect for family meals and entertaining. It has stainless steel appliances and a large island that seats 4. Directly off the kitchen is a screened-in lanai with canal views to enjoy your morning coffee or while relaxing in the evening. And it’s hard to beat the coastal breeze while napping or reading a book in the hammock!
Ready for the outdoors and water?! This home has it all - beach towels, chairs, bikes, 2 kayaks and a paddle boat along with quick access to beautiful beaches and some of the best fishing in the world! Boca Grande, Cayo Costa, and North Captiva are all just a short boat ride away.
Added amenities include a washer/dryer, desk, free WiFi, access to 2 heated pools, 2 tennis courts, fishing pier, and 2 shuffleboard courts.

We had a wonderful time at the property. The house is gorgeous and newly refinished. Location was excellent in northern Pine Island. We were able to rent a boat and keep it at the marina which was in walking distance. Would recommend this property for a family interested in being on or near the water. We took the opportunity to visit Theo Costa, North Captiva, cabbage, key, and other destinations. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I grew up in Southwest Florida and found this home to be the perfect slice of quiet and solitude. The home is beautiful and very well kept. Our fishing charter picked us up right behind the house. We'll be returning soon.

Even if you don’t fish, or don’t have a boat, this is an ideal spot for 4-6 people. Quiet, comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. It is a bit of a hike if you’re wanting to do things in Cape Coral or Ft. Myers, but the location is worth it.

Thank you for a wonderful place to stay We had a group of 7 and there was lots of room in this clean, modern condo. Screened in porch was a comfortable lovely place to relax. We enjoyed the pool! Great stay!
