Our stay was perfect. We were in town for a funeral. Trish was wonderful to work with. The house is very nice. It exceeded our expectations.

The house is very clean and inviting. It was perfect for our trip to ISU. Minutes from campus and everything else. Cute neighborhood. Very quiet. Tricia and Mya were very quick to answer any questions or things that came up. House has a lot of character. We would book again in the future.

The house was conveniently located to the activities we were in town for. Having a yard was important as our labrador traveled with us.

This is a great property for a stay in Ames. We are a group of 5 women who have traveled together for many years, so we know what we expect in a rental house. This house fit our needs perfectly. Lots of bedroom space, two full bathrooms and the well-stocked kitchen made our visit very comfortable. Our favorite space was the screened porch where we shared morning coffee, afternoon reading and evening beverages. The driveway was appreciated. We were not affiliated with any of the University's events, but if visitors are there for games or activities, the location makes walking a possibility rather than finding/paying for parking. Tricia was a very responsive and accommodating host. I would recommend this property with confidence.
