I had a nice time in Lucca.

I spent three days in this apartment. It's located near the city center and not far from a motorway. The apartment is well-equipped. I was able to contact with the owner easily. It was really good time.

We liked the appartment.

Nice and clean appartment.

There was a problem with parking at the beginning, wrong number was said to us, the lady from the parking place was upset. The other day correct number was said to us. So, believe that it will be already ok in the future. They wanted check in in advance including uploading IDs. We do not like this over obligation.

No es que no me gustara y también lo comenté con la agencia que lo gestiona. No había microondas, cosa en la que nosotros tampoco supimos ver en sus comentarios

Posizione ottima per noi, leggermente fuori le mura, il self check in apprezzato, e comunque lo staff rispondeva in maniera veloce.

Abbiamo richiesto 3 letti, ci hanno dato uno matrimoniale e un divano letto che era tutto tranne che un letto, rovinato e difficile da aprire. Almeno potevano farlo loro così che non si vedeva anche la spaccattura. Richiesto anche un cambio ma non è stato possibile ci hanno detto. Nella camera matrimoniale c’era anche un po di infiltrazione. Per il parcheggio devi fare tutto il giro del palazzo per arrivarci, quindi non vi dimenticate niente in macchina 👍🏻
