Good location (easily accessible from KIX airport via train; 5min to the nearest konbini), friendly staff (communication online), easy self-service check-in & check-out, nice little house with various necessities :) for the low price, truly excellent!
The room I had did not have windows that could be opened, but it is a budget room after all, so no complaints :)

Selvisin kuitenkin.
