Hidden Falls Retreat Peaceful Guesthouse Near Yosemite

The whole place was wonderful. Lots of room and all of the amenities were wonderful. Cindy and Mark were the best - the best place we have ever stayed. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the whole place.

There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location is perfect. Situation all of 5 minutes from the main town of Oakhurst for groceries, food etc. Lots of privacy not being in the town. About 1hr to Yosemite NP attractions and about 2.5hrs to Sequoia/Kings Canyon NP. Room is spacious clean and welcoming with plenty of "necessities and amenities" on site. The view from the patio is under rated. The hosts are the most charming and wonderful people the world could use more of Cindy and Mark. 10/10 and its not hard to rate.

Nothing to criticize. This trip with these hosts and this location was a blessing we wish we had more time to enjoy.

Excelent location with nice outlook! Completely new and clean rooms. Absolutely clean bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Hospitality and care excelent.

Lots of unexpected little touches such as a variety of toiletries and personal care items set out for use in case you forgot something. Also, the refrigerator was stocked with bottled water, flavored water and soda. There was also a drawer stocked with oatmeal packets and a variety of granola and chocolate bars. There was also a bottle of wine in the room plus plenty of k cup coffee type selections plus tea. The room also had plates, bowls, utensils and paper towels. Again, for me I wasn't expecting any of this. The AC worked very well and this was important given the upper 90 degree to 100+ temperatures. There's also a nice ceiling fan to move the air along. The bed was very comfortable and the cleanliness was exceptional. The room was very roomy with plenty of room to move about and has above average storage space. The refrigerator/ freezer were in perfect working condition. The bathroom was very large, well lit and well stocked. The shower worked perfectly and the water flow was more than adequate. There's a large sit in tub if that option is of interest to you. A great feature is the patio, a portion of which is covered. You can eat out here or as I did, just sit outside into the evening taking in the nice view of the surroundings. The patio chairs and sofas are very comfortable. There's even a grill but I didn't use that. The hosts, Mark and Cindy were very attentive and personable. If I needed anything, they were on it right away. This was an exceptional place to say and was a great value.
