Valentina has been absolutely amazing and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We arrived in the evening, and she had already messaged us all the details on how to access the house, including clear videos and everything we needed, which made the check-in process very easy and stress-free.
The house was extremely clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for our arrival. The location was honestly the best we could have found — very lively, convenient, and perfect for exploring the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful welcome touches, including a box with biscuits, croissants, chocolates, and snacks that we could help ourselves to, which made us feel very welcome.
Travelling with a toddler can sometimes be challenging, but the apartment worked perfectly for us. Being on the first floor made it very easy to access, and there was plenty of space for our little one to run around comfortably and safely.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend staying here. Thank you, Valentina, for being such a fantastic host!
