The appartement is in the middle of the Island which was great for us as we were visiting all around the island.
The place was clean and comfortable and the communication very easy with the host.
We appreciated the easy access (a few hours earlier) so we could start visiting right away without waiting to be able to leave the luggage.
Everything was perfect for us. Maybe it could be nice to have a blanket in case we are cold at night 😉

Well equipped kitchen but no oven. Pool was right at the back garden and safely behind a locked gate, good for kids safety. Residential so very quiet area with little tourists. Bus stop right outside (number 3 and 16). Lidl and Mercadona 1km walk away but smaller shops connected to the two local hotels (Elba Sport and Globales Tropical a few hundred metres away).
The soundproofing in the house is awful, you can hear everything all over the house. You could hear the neighbours talking and walking up the stairs. We had many cockroaches over our stay. The hot water tank is so small that each shower went cold after less than 5 mins and we had to wait for it to heat up again before the next person could shower. No oven. No instructions left regarding bins.
