The host Vittoria was amazing. She went above and beyond for us on more than one occasion. We had a rough travel day with delays and cancellations of trains, and she couldnt have been more accommodating meeting us late at night to let us in. Also on our way out, meeting to help us with our luggage and book us a taxi. 5 star service.
The apartment itself is lovely. It has everything you could need for a short or long stay. 2 little things to note however, the bedroom does not have AC only the living areas - however they do provide fans. The shower water pressure and temperature is great, however, it is very small if you are a larger person.
Vittoria, if you see this review, thank you once again for your wonderful level of care and making our stay one we will remember.

Soggiorno fantastico
Appartamento curatissimo, accogliente, pulito e dotato di ogni comfort.
Aveva un balconcino da cui si godeva di un bel panorama.
La posizione perfetta, centrale.
A cinque minuti da piazza del campo.
E poi c’è stata Vittoria la proprietaria
Gentile, premurosa e attenta ad ogni dettaglio.

Tout est parfait donc nous recommandons !
La situation à quelques rues de la piazza del Campo et du Duomo. À proximité aussi d'une supérette et d'une boulangerie.
L'appartement très agréable, traversant, avec d'un côté le balcon de la cuisine à la vue dégagée et champêtre, de l'autre la chambre qui donne sur rue non passante (même si inévitable bruit des véhicules de nettoyage le matin si fenêtre ouverte), propre, spacieux et bien équipé (quoique peu de mugs et bols).
L'accueil très gentil au pied de l'immeuble pour aider à porter la valise (car escalier raide mais court pour un 2e étage en Italie).
Pour le parking, nous avons opté pour celui de la gare : 2€/jour (contre 35€/jour au parking San Francesco) même s'il est à 1/2h à pied (escalators du centre commercial puis longue via Camollia peu pentue pour Sienne).
Un détail : douche un peu petite dans une salle de bain pourtant grande.

Piękny apartament, bardzo czysty, z wszystkimi udogodnieniami. Sprzęt nowy, jest wszystko niezbedne do pobytu.Wspaniałą opieka gospodarza, którego można było poznać osobiście, co się już rzadko zdarza.
