The staff were very nice and friendly, and the owner was very flexible and willing to help with any extra needs. However, it was a bit difficult to reach him on WhatsApp at first, as the check-in instructions shared on Booking.com were broken. Once I managed to contact him via WhatsApp, everything went smoothly. He even replied to me at midnight when I had a problem with the front door keys
The toilet light kept turning off every minute because it uses a motion sensor. I had to keep waving my hand to make the light turn back on, which was quite inconvenient

Good location in a part of Vienna with many smaller more interesting cafes and shops compared to the more touristic very central area around Stephansplatz. At the same time, still quite close to a lot of sights and just a few minutes walk to the main shopping street of Mariahilfer Str.
I stayed in low season so the apartment with the rooms was quiet, however it was nicely furnished and had some basic kitchen etc. facilities. The room itself was basic but quite comfortable.
There was some confusion about the address supplied during self check-in, this was eventually resolved but they could probably make it a little clearer - the listed address is "81 Gumpendorfer Straße 34-36", which is an odd format, but the street number is 81 and the "34-36" is on the door of the apartment.

Property is really nice .Located very close to the main street . Metro is close markets are close and tourist places our 2 station away only.
They should be more active over messages
Was not responsive in booking.com message.. address should be more clear

Hallways looked nice and kitchen had water setup with cups.
Door didn't lock and bedsheets were moldy because they were damp when the bed was made. I had a refund issued to me due to issues and I did not spend the night
