What I liked most about the property was how exceptionally clean, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully decorated it was. The apartment had a very chic and stylish feel, with modern décor that made it feel both luxurious and welcoming. Everything was neat, fresh, and well maintained, which made our stay particularly comfortable.
The views over the River Thames and the London skyline were absolutely lovely, especially being so close to the O2 Arena. The location was also fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the city while still having a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. Overall, the combination of the cleanliness, stylish interior, beautiful views, and excellent location made the property a real pleasure to stay in.
There is always room for improvements, but overall nothing significant.

We spent three nights at this property. On the positive side, the apartment was clean, tidy, and offered nice partial views of the river from its two balconies. The host kindly stocked items like coffee, tea bags, facial wash, shampoo, conditioner, and an iron/ironing board.
There was only one pillow provided per person, which led to uncomfortable nights. The twin room beds were noticeably smaller than standard single beds, seemingly created by splitting a queen bed. Only 2 toilet rolls provided for group of 6 people and 1 towel per person, No laundry detergent was supplied. When I messaged the host, I was told short stays of 3 nights do not qualify for detergent. It would be a much better experience if guests were provided with at least enough for a single load of laundry.
It's a nice apartment, but better quality beds and more consistent host policies would go a long way.
