Estupendo

La ubicación es perfecta, y hay aparcamiento cerca, que con la aplicación es fácil de pagar. El alojamiento está bien distribuido y parece bastante nuevo, sábanas y toallas muy limpias, bien equipado.

al entrar olía mucho a humedad, creo que han tenido una avería que ha humedecido el suelo de madera de la entrada y al cerrar la ventana, de ahí el olor, y había zonas que no se limpiaba el polvo hace tiempo, no es que estuviese sucio, solo que no se habrán fijado.

GENIAL, CON GANAS DE VOLVER

RECEPCION: La recepción fue correcta, te envían un mensaje con el código para acceder al apartamento, y una vez dentro hay un cajetín con las llaves. En el mensaje te indican el código, coges las llaves y accedes al apartamento. UBICACION: Muy céntrica. Vas andando a todos los sitios. Si necesitas ir a las playas en coche, la ubicacion es muy buena porque en 2 minutos sales a la circunvalacion en cualquier direccion. HABITACION: El apartamento está muy bien, bastante completo, limpio y cómodo. Tiene de todo lo que necesitas para pasar allí unos días. La televisión con internet y bastantes aplicaciones para dibujos animados para niños y peliculas. La cama es cómoda y la ducha es grande. PARKING: Yo fui en coche, y sin problema. Al estar tan céntrico son calles pequeñas en las que no puedes aparcar, Es zona A de aparcamiento regulado ( de pago), pero si te alejas un poco en dirección contraria al centro y dejas el coche en ZONA B, tienes aparcamientos de sobra, a 2 min andando y bastante mas económico que la zona A ( En zona B por 3 € aparcas para todo el día ( de 21:00 a 09:00 no se paga). Si pretendes dejar el coche en la zona A ( mas hacia el centro ) es bastante mas caro. ANFITIION: No conocí al anfitrión pero que en todo momento que necesite algo, por la apliacacion de booking ponia un mensaje y enseguida contestaba. El ultimo dia al irnos mi mujer se dejo un bolso en el apartamento. Ya se dio cuenta en Oporto y no ibamos a volver a por el salvo que tuviera algo de valor. Enseguida le puse un mensaje y contesto al momento, me indicó las cosas que tenia el bolso ( nada de valor ) y que si quería me lo enviaba a la dirección que quisiera. Se tomo la molestia de ir a Correos y enviarme contrarrembolso el bolso a Madrid. Un detalle por su parte y se lo agradezco mucho. Sin duda, si tuviera que volver a Aveiro lo haría allí. COMER: Restaurante ZICO un poco mas abajo, se come genial.

El sistema de Checking deberia avisarse en las caracteristicas del apartamento( te envian un mensaje con el codigo para acceder al portal, y otro codigo para coger las llaves de un cajetín ). De esta manera te haces a la idea que va a ser asi y si te envian el mensaje con tiempo, no hay ningun problema, ya sabes como acceder. Sino, como llegues un poco antes, o no te haya llegado el mensaje, estas alli en la puerta que no sabes si es ese el sitio o no.

Sítio calmo, moderno, limpo e bem localizado.

Habitação pequena, armário/gavetas não abriam pois batiam na cama, sem toalha mesa, esfregão loiça, guardanapos. Seria agradável ter uma garrafa de água.
