The good.
The location is beyond perfect. The unit has tons of towels and sheets, Wifi and TV no issues. Very quiet, bedroom is small but functional with tons of space for hanging clothes and drawers.
Bathroom (aside from no place to hang towels) is perfectly functional, appreciated the ability to place the shower-head where you needed it.
Amazing Restaurants closeby and parking is easy and free.
Nice to haves/Potential Improvements
Some hooks to hang towels, a place to side outside and additional kitchen tools (if you have 6 plates, then 6 glasses, knifes and forks to match are good.
The unit is small but considering the location, you're close to everything and likely not going to be spending anytime inside except for sleeping.

There are no hooks to hang towels to dry, The Fridge is insanely loud. The kitchen is limited (2 burners) and one frying pan is scorched on the bottom.
There is not any space to sit outside. Other units have dedicated table and chairs. So you have no place to sit outside.

Vi var 4st vuxna, liten bäddsoffa till två vuxna i vårt fall. OK boende för 2-3st vuxna. Liten matsplats, ingen matplats ute.

La ubicación es ideal, a un paso del centro y cerca de restaurantes y comercios. A pesar de ello y de ser un bajo, era tranquilo. La cocina está bien equipada, incluyendo lavavajillas, aunque tiene mininevera...Fueron días fríos pero la climatización fue suficiente. Se agradece mucho que acepten mascotas sin suplemento.
El apartamento es pequeño y poco iluminado, especialmente incómoda era la habitación ya que para poner la cuna de viaje tuvimos que levantar un banco. Tampoco nos pareció bien tener que montarla nosotros, sin facilitarnos sábanas para la misma. Era complicado aparcar pero dando algunas vueltas conseguíamos sitio a 5min andando.
