After reading some of the previous reviews, I have to admit I was a little anxious about staying here — but I’m so glad we didn’t let them put us off!
We stayed for one night before heading on to Albania and, for what we needed, this apartment was absolutely perfect. It was clean, basic and had everything we needed for a short stay.
The location was the biggest bonus. Tucked away down one of Corfu Old Town’s beautiful little cobbled back streets, we were literally a 30-second walk from the tavernas, little shops, stalls and all the atmosphere of the Old Town. It felt magical stepping out of the apartment straight into the heart of it all, while still being tucked away enough to feel peaceful.
I was particularly worried about some of the comments regarding cleanliness and cockroaches, but we didn’t experience any issues at all. The apartment was clean and we felt perfectly comfortable there.
There were also previous comments about there being no hot water. We initially thought we had the same problem, but my partner simply checked the water system and turned it on, after that, we had hot water with no problem at all. (It also mentions this on the guest info card) So it may be worth checking this before assuming there isn't any!
The bed was also absolutely fine for us. I wouldn’t necessarily choose to spend a whole week there, as it is a very basic apartment, but for one or a couple of nights it was more than adequate. My partner would happily have stayed longer!
The lady turned up to clean as we checked out, and we had no issues whatsoever during our stay.
For around £60 for the night, we really couldn't complain. We got exactly what we needed: somewhere clean, safe and perfectly located to experience Corfu Old Town. We were literally a 2 minute walk to the square. 😊
I just wanted to leave a positive review because, having now stayed there ourselves, I feel some of the previous reviews made the place sound much worse than our actual experience.
The shower did soak the bathroom but nothing to lose sleep over.

La struttura è piccola e i dettagli non sono curati . Hanno lasciato a disposizione delle ciabatte usate, la tenda della socia ha il bordo con la muffa e quando si fa la doccia l’acqua allaga il pavimento . Al nostro arrivo le stoviglie erano sullo sgocciolatoio e le posate non proprio pulite. Gradita la bottiglia di acqua visto che quella del rubinetto non è potabile. Con pochi accorgimenti potrebbe migliorare
