The location was exactly where I wanted to be in the Old Town. The shared kitchen and bathrooms have recently been refurbished to a very good standars and were very clean. The bedroom was a very good size and the bed was very comfortable.
I did have a problem with both of the showers in that it was tricky to control the tempearture in on eof them and the showerhead was a bit loose in the other one.

Proximity to centre, clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff.
Windows in our room could not open. Kitchen poorly equipped with crockery and pans.

Location was good, room quite nice
Bed comfy but mattress dipped so both had t sleep in the middle,could do with a new one. Very annoyed there was no hot water so unable to have a shower, 3 couples all tried to get in the door, codes sent to us but didn’t work, after a long conversation on the door , we received another email telling us a different code !! Didn’t realise we had no toilet etc in room but my fault I didn’t realise, not ideal but ok for 1 night. We would not want to stay more than 1 night under these cercumstances but ok for the 1 night . Luckily it was not too cold as a lot of draft coming from the window, curtains blowing. We were in room 7 right on top floor so husband struggled to walk up and down.
