Beds were super comfortable, showers were good, lock box access was very convient, great location for beach, shopping and kids entertainment.
Our jeans got stuck in a locked dryer and after 2 hours we had to leave without them and the house cleaner couldn’t get them out either.
It was very loud late at night with neighbouring cars and people on street all 3 nights, and 7am Monday morning the tradies blower vac for 30mins
On 3 occasions prior to check in I was asked to confirm our intended arrival time, including the day before, I said between 11-12pm if possible after a 8 hour drive, but cleaners were only advised at 10am that morning we had requested an early check in, so checked in at 2pm.

Shower in both bathrooms did not drain no one enjoyed standing in an inch of water. Spider webs and bird poo on balcony. Would have been excellent but for the above.
